• Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Assume primary responsibility for responding to clients.
• Address tight deadlines with a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger administration, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Deliver exceptional service on time and on budget.
• Routinely communicate with Senior Accounting Consultants relating to financial close, accounting issues, and deliverables.
• Leverage multiple cloud‑based accounting systems, and integrated add‑ons, to provide accounting services for our clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books, Quick Books Online, Xero, and/or Sage Intacct.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other common formulas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a client‑facing environment.

• Experience in a professional services, outsourced accounting, or public accounting environment.
• CPA or active CPA candidate.
• Exposure to cloud‑based accounting tools and integrated add‑on applications.

For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $62,700 - $85,400. For Washington, Illinois, New York, and Southern California residents: $69,000 - $94,000. For Northern California residents: $73,200 - $98,200.
