Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

• Review and oversee preparation of various tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide tax planning guidance and analyze strategies to support clients and minimize liabilities.
• Manage client engagements by maintaining communication, addressing inquiries, and delivering timely updates.
• Research tax issues, resolve notices, and represent clients in discussions with regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and support team members while maintaining quality control across assigned projects.

• Active certified public accountant credential with relevant state licensure.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, planning, and advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and experience working with various entity types.
• Previous experience using tax and accounting software platforms and managing client engagements.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities across a portfolio of clients.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review complex financial and tax information.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining tax concepts to clients and team members.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to research and resolve tax related issues.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring staff and supporting team development.
