Belmont Senior Living -  -  - Responsibilities:
Manage resident files, maintain apartment inventory and readiness lists, and provide data entry and organizational support for systems and special events;
Coordinate move-in logistics with future residents and their families, ensure room readiness, and address delays or challenges with the appropriate stakeholders;
Welcome and assist with orienting new residents and their families, providing follow-up to ensure a smooth move-in process;
Work collaboratively with various departments to coordinate pre- and post-move-in needs to ensure a smooth move-in process;
Conduct prospect follow-up phone calls, support special events, and provide backup to the Community Relations team for prospect community tours as needed
