What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide first-line claims-related support to third parties and co-workers via the Claims Helpline
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding claims process, status, and policy questions
  • Perform research for issue resolution and utilize reference materials to track and monitor claims
  • Review and distribute time-sensitive claims correspondence and legal mail to appropriate contacts
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of claims-related projects and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum educational requirement:
    High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of general office and customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of related claims or legal-related operations support experience
  • Demonstrated experience in claims processing or escalation handling
  • Strong time management and adaptability skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
