- Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding claims process, status, and policy questions
- Perform research for issue resolution and utilize reference materials to track and monitor claims
- Review and distribute time-sensitive claims correspondence and legal mail to appropriate contacts
- Coordinate and support the implementation of claims-related projects and initiatives
- Minimum educational requirement:
High School Diploma or GED - Minimum of 2 years of general office and customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of related claims or legal-related operations support experience
- Demonstrated experience in claims processing or escalation handling
- Strong time management and adaptability skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
