Senior Business Analyst.

Location:

San Ramon, CA.

• Development of new or maintenance of existing power applications supporting complex business processes.
• Intake scope.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable lowcode solutions with strong usability and performance.
• Implement Power Automate flows to automate workflows.
• Manages small to large-size projects.
• Apply Power Platform governance, documentation, security, and best practices, including environment management and rolebased access.

• Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, tools and tactics.
• Advanced understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling concepts, methods and techniques and analysis of how different factors affect business outcomes.
• Creative problem skills to develop solutions.
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to justify any business changes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
• Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results.
• Strong project management knowledge and skills to lead project teams.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio or similar software.
• Advanced Power Platform and Power Automate Experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

• MBA or graduate degree.

• 4 years of related work experience.

• Power Application Experience.
• Power Automate Experience.
• Python Experience.

• Advanced in Power Applications, Information Analysis, Metrics and KPI Tracking, Consulting Skills, Project Management skills, DATA ELT, Python, Power Bi, Power Query, VBA. Proficient in Operational Monitoring & Analysis, Advocacy and Persuasion, Presentation Skills.
