High-level job description and responsibilities:

Full time preferred. Only GC/citizens. Will consider contract on H1. But rate needs to be in 70/-. Only need a junior guy. If the candidate has worked on any Snow-Cloud Integration (hands on integration) project, he/she should be able to suffice at least 70-80% of the requirement. Which is sufficient.

• 1 - 3 years working with Service Now platform in an Admin/Developer enterprise-wide, multi-tier Service Now production environment; or equivalent cloud management platform at the same capacity

• At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry

• Experience with workflow orchestration and service catalog design

• Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JSON, Power Shell or Python

• Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes

• Able to utilize web searches combining information snippets and assembling them to a usable documentation or script

• Demonstrated experience in at least 2 of the following areas:

• Hands-on experience integrating Service Now with external systems
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI Pages and Jelly
• Client Side and Server Side Scripting (i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.)
• Client and Server API's (i.e. Glide Dialog Window , Glide Form, Glide Aggregate, Glide Record, etc.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

• Ensures information is accurate and complete

• Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration

• Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams

Preferred Qualifications/Plusses:

• Service Now Administration certification is a plus

• Service Now Developer certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration, workflow, error notifications between:
Service Now and Ansible, Service Now and Remedy, Service Now and Apptio, and various other internal existing applications.

• Design and develop provisioning and orchestration workflows and scripts for Azure cloud resources

• Design and develop Workflows and scripts for reporting and role-based dashboards

• Design and develop administration process for adding new processes to the service catalog items, including end-to-end workflows and processes to enable execution.
