• Plan and deliver engaging one‑on‑one or group violin lessons tailored to each student's skill level.
• Teach proper technique including bowing, posture, fingering, and music theory fundamentals.
• Track student progress and adjust lesson plans to meet individual learning goals.
• Prepare students for recitals, auditions, and music examinations.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and practice expectations.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment.
• Select and recommend appropriate repertoire and instructional materials.

• Proficiency in violin performance with a strong classical music foundation.
• Prior experience teaching violin to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Formal music education or degree in music performance or music education preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple teaching methods (Suzuki, traditional, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents.
• Patient, motivating, and adaptable teaching style.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
