- Support students with classroom instruction, assignments, and daily learning activities
- Encourage positive behavior and student engagement
- Assist students with basic hygiene and self-care when needed
- Support PT, OT, and speech therapy activities as directed
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help students meet educational goals
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Paraprofessional certification preferred but not required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities
- Previous school or childcare experience is a plus but not required
* This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
