What You'll Do

• Support students with classroom instruction, assignments, and daily learning activities
• Encourage positive behavior and student engagement
• Assist students with basic hygiene and self-care when needed
• Support PT, OT, and speech therapy activities as directed
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help students meet educational goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Paraprofessional certification preferred but not required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities
• Previous school or childcare experience is a plus but not required
