Senior GIS Analyst

• Manage and analyze spatial data to support various projects and decision‑making processes
• Develop and maintain GIS applications, databases, and data integration processes
• Create and deliver maps, visualizations, and reports to communicate spatial data insights
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand GIS needs and provide analytical support
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through rigorous quality control processes
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in spatial data to provide actionable insights
• Develop and implement GIS best practices and standard operating procedures
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders
• Drive the development, enhancement, and enterprise‑wide integration of the Wingspan GIS platform across business lines in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Lead GIS‑related projects end‑to‑end, managing timelines, deliverables, resources, and alignment with scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Support internal and external business development and proposal/RFP efforts by contributing GIS expertise, technical narratives, and identifying opportunities to leverage Wingspan capabilities to win and expand client work

• Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional GIS experience
• Advanced experience with GIS tools (e.g., Esri ArcGIS, web GIS, spatial databases)
• Demonstrated experience developing, configuring, and scaling GIS applications
• Project management experience, including managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross‑functional resource coordination across concurrent projects
• Experience collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders to translate business needs into GIS solutions and workflows
• Strong written communication skills, with experience contributing to proposals, RFPs, or technical narratives in a consulting or professional services environment
• Proven ability to support business development efforts, including client‑facing discussions, scope development, and identifying opportunities for GIS‑driven solutions

Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000
