AP Specialist

Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in California. This role is focused on supporting the finance department as part of a 3-4 person team.

Property Management, real estate and/or construction development as well as with Yardi experience is highly preferred, though not mandatory. The role involves managing the accounts payable processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations within the organization.

• Proven experience in accounts payable.
• Familiarity with property/real estate and Yardi systems highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

This role requires onsite work Monday through Friday.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range, with a minimum pay of $25 and a maximum pay of $28.
