Business Analyst IHC; Intermediate Holding

Role: Business Analyst with IHC (Intermediate Holding Company)
Location: San Ramon, CA
Duration: 12 Months
(Banking and finance recent experience is a must)

• The position is a senior position and is contract-to-hire. The rate is negotiable based upon the candidate but would be in-line with the other team members. This BA will be part of an expanding team and will be assigned to various projects within the BIDM Project Portfolio.
• 5 or more years of direct experience is required.
• Strong banking/financial service system analysis experience.
• Direct experience with analysis of financial data such as loans, leases, credit cards, etc. is required.
• Strong data warehouse experience required (direct experience working on DW projects).
• Strong SQL skills preferred (for data analysis and data profiling).
• Knowledge or experience with BI is a big plus.
• Strong experience creating detailed, clear and concise Business Requirements including use-cases or stories, traceability matrices, diagrams, and mock file/report samples.
• Ability to meet deadlines, produce timely artifacts and analysis feedback, and be proactive in obtaining the information they need to complete their work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• 5+ years of direct experience in business analysis, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience with financial data (loans, leases, credit cards, etc.).
