Responsible for the preparation of the U.S. consolidated federal and various combined and separate state returns, preparing quarterly estimated tax payments and maintaining the compliance calendar. Assist in the quarterly and annual income tax provision process.
Responsibilities Tax Compliance- Preparation of the assigned portions of the Consolidated Corporation Form 1120 and supporting work papers and calculations.
- Preparation of assigned portions of the state combined and separate corporate income tax returns, apportionment information, and supporting work papers and calculations.
- Preparation of federal and state estimated income tax payments and extension requests.
- Preparation of the assigned portions of the federal and state quarterly income tax provision.
- Reconcile federal and state income tax accounts.
- Preparation of assigned quarterly income tax disclosures.
- Assist with responding to federal and state tax authority inquiries by timely and accurately responding to tax authority information requests.
- Research technical issues and write memos to document tax filing positions.
- Maintain internal control documents and assist in the management of internal and external audit of SOX 404 documentation requirements.
Minimal Travel Requirement – 5% (Up to 3 weeks)
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Moderate knowledge of federal and multi-state income tax concepts.
- Moderate knowledge of U.S. international and foreign tax concepts, including hybrid entities, repatriation strategies, Subpart F income, global intangible low‑taxed income, and foreign tax credit.
- Working knowledge of One Source income tax software is preferred.

- 2-4 years’ experience in corporate federal and state taxation
- Experience with tax consolidation rules and combined state reporting is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required or equivalent
- CPA or Master’s in Taxation is preferred
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $79,382.00 and $ per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
