CTR Analyst

Our financial services client located in the San Francisco East Bay Area is seeking a detail-oriented and process-oriented financial professional to join their team as a CTR Analyst.

This person can come from a financial services, bank teller, loan processor, or insurance agent background. Ideal candidate would possess a financial background and be able to follow rules, regulations, and understand audits.

This CTR Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and revising various CTR reports to meet eFiling deadlines.

• Utilize appropriate systems:
  Review, create, delete, and edit various currency transactions
• Document changes on the appropriate system’s reports
• Validate and document errors and warnings
• Confirm validation and that currency transaction reporting are in compliance and included in transmissions and not late due to prior cut-off dates
• Aide in monitoring completed CTR reports before cut-off
• Contact branches by e-mail to obtain or notify of missing or incorrect information and ensure that all business partners are aware for acknowledgement on the Branch Self-Assessment Quarterly review
• Recognize and escalte suspicious activity by filing appropriate forms/notifications for further review
• Accurately track daily production numbers for department analysis

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years banking operations experience
