Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash and brow services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise will not only enhance the beauty of our guests but also contribute to their overall experience at our salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess various beauty skills that complement eyelash services.

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Sanitate all tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Option to provide additional beauty services such as facial waxing, brow services, and hydra facials.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong skills in sanitation practices related to beauty treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Certification and licensure in esthetics or cosmetology is mandatory.
