We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with extensive experience in Python programming and software development. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain Python-based applications, data pipelines, and backend systems, supporting ongoing AI initiatives. This role will leverage tools such as Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging AI technologies to accelerate development and innovation, while transforming complex data into actionable solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Python-based applications, AI models, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate and support AI/ML models and workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and effective visual representation.
• Work with SQL databases and APIs to extract, transform, and load data.
• Assist in integrating AI/ML models and tools where applicable.
• Assist in building proof-of-concepts and prototypes for AI initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability following best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and frameworks to recommend improvements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python and related frameworks/libraries.
• Background in financial services.
• Strong experience with data processing, scripting, and automation using Python.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Experience developing dashboards (Tableau or similar tools) and applying UI/UX principles.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven code assistants and generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/Azure
  
  ML, Snowflake).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems.

• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, and deployment pipelines.
