Oracle FCCS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) Consultant to join a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment based in San Ramon, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial consolidation, close processes, and hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end Oracle FCCS implementations.

• Lead and support implementation of Oracle FCCS solutions.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and configure FCCS applications, including:
• Close Management
• Intercompany Eliminations
• Currency Translation
• Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and data integrations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Provide end‑user training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including IT and Finance.

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with strong focus on Oracle FCCS

• Minimum 2 end‑to‑end FCCS implementations
  .
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes.
• Hands‑on experience with:
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Consolidation adjustments
• Experience with data integrations (FDMEE/Data Management).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, ARCS, etc.).
• Knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Experience working in hybrid/on‑site client environments.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio).

• Hybrid role based in San Ramon, CA (onsite + remote mix).
