Overview
AIOps Support Engineer – Candidates should have performed BAU activities with AI tools. This role involves administration and support for enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, Azure AI).
Responsibilities- Provide administration & support for enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, Azure AI)
- Manage Git Hub repositories, access, and CI/CD troubleshooting
- Handle user onboarding, SSO issues, and access governance
- Monitor AI platform logs, usage, and incidents
- Support integrations and API-level troubleshooting
- Log Analytics
- Strong knowledge in Azure Infra
- Experience with BAU activities and AI tools (Azure AI Foundry, Git Hub, Claude, Gemini)
- Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure
- Experience with monitoring, log analytics, and incident management
- Experience with user onboarding, SSO, and access governance
- Experience with CI/CD troubleshooting
Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 per year
