Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Workday integrations and architecture
• Proven experience as a Workday Architect / Lead Integration Consultant

Deep expertise in:

• Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
• Workday Extend (UI components, business logic, deployment lifecycle)
• Workday Orchestration frameworks and workflow design
• XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST APIs
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven)
• Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms (Boomi, Mule Soft, Workato, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Workday security model and data governance
• Hands-on experience across implementation, optimization, and support phases
• Ability to influence architecture decisions across cross-functional teams
