Workday Integrations & Extend Architect
Location:
San Ramon, CA

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Workday integrations and architecture
- Proven experience as a Workday Architect / Lead Integration Consultant
Deep expertise in:
- Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
- Workday Extend (UI components, business logic, deployment lifecycle)
- Workday Orchestration frameworks and workflow design
- XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST APIs
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven)
- Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms (Boomi, Mule Soft, Workato, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Workday security model and data governance
- Hands-on experience across implementation, optimization, and support phases
- Ability to influence architecture decisions across cross-functional teams
