Fractional CISO​/Solutions Lead

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, client-facing, revenue-accountable position for someone who has been in the room, closed the deal, and done the work — and wants to do it again at a company that is building something worth building.

• Co-sell alongside the CEO on all major opportunities — you are in the room, on the call, and on the proposal
• Own executive-level relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, IT Directors, and Compliance leads in target accounts
• Lead the technical and strategic narrative in client conversations — from first discovery to final close
• Build and advance pipeline through your own network and existing relationships — no waiting for leads to be handed to you
• Minimum deal size $300K ARR — you have done this before and can do it again

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proposal development for all major pursuits
• Translate complex security challenges into clear, compelling, commercially viable Sennovate solutions
• Own technical validation — architecture reviews, proof of concept scoping, platform demonstrations
• Build and maintain Sennovate's solution portfolio, case studies, and reference architecture library

• Represent Sennovate at industry events and client briefings — as a peer to the CISO, not a vendor pitching
• Contribute to Sennovate's content and thought leadership — you have opinions and you share them
• Build relationships in fintech and healthcare security communities where Sennovate needs to be known

• 10+ years in cybersecurity — consulting background essential. Multiple clients, multiple industries, multiple stacks. Not a one-company person.
• Deep expertise in at least one regulated vertical — fintech or healthcare preferred. You know the regulatory environment, the buyer psychology, and the real security challenges.
• Proven co-sell experience — personally involved in closing security deals of $300K+ ARR. You can name them, walk through them, and own what you did and what you missed.
• Hands-on with current platforms — Google Sec Ops, Elastic, Stellar Cyber, Crowd Strike, Okta, Cyber Ark, Wiz. You go deep when needed.
• AI security fluency — you understand AI governance, AI-driven SOC operations, and where the market is going. Excited by it, not threatened.
• GRC, audit, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI, NIST CSF, CMMC) — working knowledge required

• See it. Own it. Solve it. — you do not wait to be told. If you spot a gap, you close it.
• Builder mentality — You build what does not exist. That energizes you.
• Hungry and humble — you have the credibility of a CISO and the hunger of someone who still has something to prove. Both are required.
• 10x mindset — not here to be 10% better. An order of magnitude better, and you push the team to that standard.

• Someone who wants to advise and not execute. This role carries quota. You are measured on closed revenue.
• Someone who needs a large team to be effective. We are lean by design.
• Someone whose best work is behind them and is looking for an easy close to their career. We are building. This takes energy.
