Salary: $95,000–$100,000

The successful candidate's starting base will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the base range for this role.

You are a hands‑on, detail‑driven supply chain professional who thrives in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will own all purchasing‑related activities across the company, ensuring materials and services are sourced cost‑effectively and delivered on time. You will manage the full procurement, logistics, and inventory lifecycle while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams.

You will also play a key role in our transition from Quick Books to a more robust ERP/MRP system, helping evaluate options and support implementation to improve operational efficiency.

This position offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to expand into a broader Supply Chain & Operations leadership role as the company continues to scale.

• 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management
• Strong background in purchasing, vendor management, and inventory control
• Experience overseeing shipping and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems; experience transitioning from Quick Books is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
• Experience in instrumentation, hardware, or medical device manufacturing is a plus

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, or move between work areas within the production and manufacturing environment
