Shape a holistic, hospitality-driven employee journey across food, facilities, concierge, conference, reception, parking and grounds. Lead 7 managers in a union setting, grow P&L results and inspire fresh thinking.
About the jobIn this senior leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities operations, from skilled trades and maintenance programs to staffing, safety, and compliance, across complex, high-impact environments. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure optimal building performance, and partner with internal stakeholders to drive strategic improvements and operational excellence.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range$161585 - $209110
Incentive EligibilityEligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to drive alignment and operational success across diverse teams.
