Opportunity OverviewWe have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU RN Part-Time (Float) to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area.This position will float between our San Ramon and Menlo Park, California offices.

In this role, the OR/PACU RN will:
- Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans
- Perform initial preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the subsequent phases of surgery
- Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
- Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
- Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed
- Provide patient education

Qualifications and Skills Include:- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- 2 to 3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferred
- Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
