Merchandiser - Part Time

Overview

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service and supporting both in‑store and online operations. The role focuses on merchandising, sales, and various front‑end responsibilities as needed.

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage.
• Support digital business operations: fulfill orders, assist with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service: greet customers, engage to build relationships, inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies, procedures, and traffic and safety laws.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of retail experience (1+ year in a retail setting preferred).
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
• Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
