You’ll be the welcoming face of the shop; part-salesperson, part experience creator, and full-time candy enthusiast.

• Welcome every guest with warmth and energy, turning casual browsers into excited regulars through genuine conversation and personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers through our curated collection of artisanal gummies and unique global sweets, sharing fun facts and helping them discover new favorites.
• Create seamless, enjoyable checkout experiences using our modern POS system while building real rapport with every person who walks in.
• Keep the store looking beautiful and Instagram-worthy, thoughtfully stocking shelves, styling eye-catching displays, and maintaining a spotless, inviting space.
• Actively share new arrivals, limited-edition drops, and special promotions to spark excitement and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fun ways to engage customers and celebrate our Candy Connoisseur community!

• We’re seeking naturally charismatic individuals who thrive on positive human connection. You light up conversations, make people feel special, and bring good energy wherever you go.
• You don’t need to be a candy expert on day one (though we love it if you are) — we’ll teach you everything about our products. What matters most is your personality, enthusiasm, and genuine desire to create memorable moments for every guest.

• Outgoing, friendly, and naturally charismatic personality.
• Strong communication skills and a love for interacting with people.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to stay active on your feet.
• Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and handle stocking/merchandising.
• Flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts.
• A real interest in candy and creating fun customer experiences (previous retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a bonus, but not required).
