What We DoIn support of the sales strategy for an assigned territory, we develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers, aiming to attain maximum sales volume from all markets for the division’s products and services.
What You’ll Contribute- Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, maintain and expand business with existing client base.
- Compile prospect lists from networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows and other sources, and develop and execute call plans for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders and attorneys.
- Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement plans to meet those needs.
- Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community and real estate events to increase visibility.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence supporting sales strategy.
- Create or adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents and others.
- Interact daily with other work groups such as operations, marketing and escrow branches.
- Communicate proactively and respond in a timely manner to clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2‑5 years of successful residential Title/Real‑estate industry experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to provide solutions.
- Apply diplomacy and tact.
- Demonstrate persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Adapt strategy to changing conditions.
- Understand market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities.
- Persuade and influence others; strong negotiation skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.
Pay is based on a number of factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
