Job Duties
Meet with the company customers, understand and gather business requirements. Build applications use cases by conducting business analysis and requirement analysis. Conduct proof of concept, designing, and developing prototypes for client demos and presentations. Architect, design, and develop the workflow of data from user interface to the server and back. Design and code the applications to enhance its turnaround time. Design and develop components that enable user annotation of business data to improve the system's machine learning capabilities.
Build machine learning algorithms using natural language processing and artificial intelligence-based inference using mathematical models. Build user interface and natural language capabilities for the next-generation system. Build and design a next generation platform that works with artificial intelligence platform for machine learning and improvement. Actively participate in the redesign and coding process with a strong emphasis on achieving high performance.
Execute code performance optimization tasks to enhance system efficiency. Conduct thorough quality checks on client deliverables to ensure excellence. Assist the application development team in resolving technical issues promptly. Develop prototypes and innovative solutions by harnessing a diverse range of technologies. Design high-level solution plans to address Portfolio Epics effectively. Collaborate closely with business owners and business architects to define and shape Epics and their requirements.
Work in close collaboration with various architect teams (Domain, Enterprise, and Application Architects) to craft and document Technical Architecture. Assess design approaches, consider technical feasibility, and prototype innovative technology-enabled solutions and engage in hands‑on coding within an Agile environment, delivering high‑quality software within demanding schedules. Contribute to the development by defining, creating, and maintaining interfaces, with a keen focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate effectively with leadership, peers, business partners, architects, and enterprise teams to strategically align with business modernization and organizational transformation objectives.
Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (Any) or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Technical Lead, Software Architect, Software Engineer, or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or any related field, the employer will accept 4 years of experience in job offered, Technical Lead, Software Architect, Software Engineer, or related.
Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.
