About the Position

Gappify is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to drive the development and delivery of seamless integrations between our accounting SaaS product and various ERP and peripheral systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the accounting and ERP landscapes, along with experience in API development and integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to enhance our integration footprint, leveraging AI advancements and focusing on Gappify's core API development and native integrations with customers.

• Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Gappify's accounting SaaS product and diverse ERP/peripheral systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Design and implement integrations using cutting‑edge technologies, embracing an API‑first approach.
• Utilize AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance integration accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

• Work closely with engineering, sales, customer success and professional services to ensure smooth delivery of core integrations for customer onboarding and expansion.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in software development (Java, PHP, Python), with a focus on building scalable integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of one or more SaaS applications in the CRM, ERP, and Finance tools space (e.g., Coupa, Intacct, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP).
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven experience with middleware/ipaas integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft).
• Hands‑on experience in building integrations leveraging REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP infrastructure and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, PHP, Python).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross‑functional teams.
