Duration: 10 weeks. Expected start date: ASAP.

• Design, develop, and deliver new features using Java and legacy stacks within an agile team setup.
• Build services with Java, Spring, and REST frameworks, deploying them with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and scrum teams while setting a positive example.
• Contribute across the stack, designing scalable distributed systems and ensuring robust, cloud‑compliant deployments (e.g., zero‑downtime, feature flags, frequent releases).
• Gain deep understanding of the compensation module and legacy systems, contributing new functionality and improvements.
• Engage in all stages of development—from requirements analysis to architecture, coding, testing, and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline; master’s degree highly preferred.
• Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date within six months of graduation) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program.
• Strong technical proficiency in one or more languages/platforms, including Java, Node.js, Python, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and hands‑on experience in their design and development.
• Familiarity with source control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud‑native technologies across IaaS providers (SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
