Position: Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise AEM applications. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with AEM Sites, backend Java development, integrations, and modern Dev Ops practices.

The role is offered as C2C (up to $65 / hour) and W2 (up to $70 / hour) roles.

H1B transfer is possible.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • 7+ years of hands‑on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
  • Strong experience with AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  • Expertise in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), Servlets, and REST APIs.
  • Experience developing reusable AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Assets.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI development.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Experience Platform is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD using Maven, Git, Jenkins, or similar Dev Ops tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe Certified Expert – AEM.
  • Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services domain.
  • Experience leading technical discussions, code reviews, and mentoring development teams.
  • Knowledge of AWS or cloud‑native deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Build scalable and reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
  • Develop custom Sling Models, OSGi services, and HTL components.
  • Configure and maintain AEM Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
  • Integrate AEM with enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
  • Participate in code reviews, production support, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
