5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies for 5 years in a row. The Sr. Architect must have the ability to develop and implement technical strategies that exceeds business expectations and requirements.

• Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Business, MIS, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Must have over 8+ years of hands on development experience
• Significant level of expertise with designing, developing and delivering distributed and cloud applications to run at high scales and operationalizing them.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership of a large and innovative platform/middleware component that has been successfully deployed
• Strong professional software design, development and technical leadership experience using JAVA/J2EE, SOA, Micro services, Cloud, NOSQL, XML/Document, columnar database technologies, Data Caching Services, Fault Tolerant, zero downtime high availability distributed, federated application architectures.
• Strong experience with UNIX and Windows system, database, network, web server administration and virtualization.

• Must have deep experience with designing and building secure, robust and scalable Java/J2EE applications for large-scale corporate use.
• Advanced use of and ability to architect high performance messaging solutions.
• Experience developing and architecting real-time services using SOA, Web services Micro services and cloud based applications
• Experience working with Oracle and/or other relational database systems
• Experience architecting and building large-scale data processing systems using Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hbase, Spark, Storm, Kafka
• Advance experience with fault-tolerant, multi-channel, monolithic, distributed and service oriented architecture
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic/functional requirements into architectural design documents.
• Demonstrated ability to design and document technical specifications
• Demonstrated ability to develop applications to business and technical specifications
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement large application programming interface libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to work with business leadership to identify requirements and drive solutions.
• Experience taking projects from R&D to full production
• Strong communication and leadership skills
