QA Automation Engineer IV

This is a highly visible, architect-level role focused on driving automation strategy, modernizing test frameworks, and enabling quality across enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for Salesforce applications, APIs, integrations, and enterprise business processes.
Lead automation strategy across multiple Agile teams, supporting 5-6 Scrum teams simultaneously.
Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Selenium, Python, and related technologies.
Conduct proof-of-concepts, framework evaluations, and automation architecture reviews.
Perform code reviews and establish automation best practices across teams.
Develop automated tests for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
Create and manage automated test data strategies across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
Validate Salesforce Lightning applications, workflows, APIs, and Mule Soft integrations.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify automation opportunities early in the development lifecycle.
Leverage AI-powered testing tools and generative AI solutions to improve test creation, maintenance, execution efficiency, and defect analysis.
Mentor and train engineers on automation frameworks, quality engineering practices, and emerging technologies.
