East Bay Sports provides recreational sports services for all ages. Our year-round Lil' Kickers classes offer instructional soccer programs for children ages 18 months through 12 years old. The Lil Kickers program has been at our facility for 12 years and we seek to provide and maintain a fun, safe, indoor environment for kids of all ages and skill levels to continue their growth as soccer players.

Our facility has been in operation for 28 years and we offer many other programs and activities including soccer leagues, camps, batting cages, and birthday/team parties.

We are searching for a hard-working, organized, and outgoing individual who can take our already great program to the next level. As a Lil’ Kickers Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading our coaches. This includes hiring, training, scheduling coaches and getting on the field to teach some classes yourself. Job is currently Part-Time. Can become a full-time position with additional responsibilities and pay if desired.

Training will be provided.

• Maintain a welcoming and fun atmosphere for both our customers and our employees
• Hiring and weekly scheduling of coaches
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the sessions
• Communication before and after classes with parents about the program
• Conduct weekly Saturday morning coach meetings and quarterly evaluations and training
• Required work hours are based around program hours (
  Saturday and Sunday mornings, Tuesday afternoons
  )
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
• Knowledge of the program and ability to help customers with registration while working at the front desk
• Assisting with sales of programming and customer memberships
• Troubleshooting customer questions and inquiries regarding their program of interest

• Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
• Prior experience as a coach, but not required
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
• Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must pass a background check
