Duties
:

  • Enforce all pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
  • Supervise swimmers and provide assistance when necessary.
  • Perform water rescues and administer first aid as needed.
  • Monitor weather conditions and respond appropriately to ensure guest safety.
    • Requirements
    :
  • Valid Lifeguard for Professional Rescuers certification W/ CPR/AED & first aid.
  • One Summer season of prior Lifeguard experience.
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
