Position Overview:

The role involves scheduling, managing customer memberships and handling call operations. It requires strong communication, organization and knowledge of Service Titan.

• Answer all inbound calls using required scripts
• Efficiently use Service Titan
• Return dropped calls immediately
• Execute scheduling needs communicated by dispatcher
• Perform outbound calls to maintain a full schedule using required outbound call scripts
• Maintain a call booking rate of at least 85% daily
• Perform basic CSR functions (see Front Office SOP)
• Manage and update customer files
• Communicate regularly with team members and after‑hours answering service when applicable
• Understand Service Titan Dashboard
• Contact members to schedule recurring services and renew memberships
• Willing to be trained and coached regularly
• Grow customer membership base
• Maintain existing memberships

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• CSR or admin experience preferred
• Strong people skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Problem solving and planning skills
• Sense of urgency
• Close attention to detail
