Commercial Lender - Sand Springs

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Sand Springs, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic and community-focused financial institution as a Commercial Lender. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a diverse loan portfolio while engaging in business development and community events. Your expertise in commercial and consumer lending will be key to driving success in this role.

• Develop and manage a quality loan portfolio
• Demonstrate expertise in various loan types
• Promote banking products to new and existing customers
• Participate in community and public events
• Ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures
• Provide extraordinary customer service
• Assist with special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

• Formal Credit training
• Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
• Commercial lending experience
