Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating and supporting 5-axis CNC machining centers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This CNC Machinist role is ideal for candidates with strong machining fundamentals, attention to detail, and experience producing complex precision parts.
Required Experience & Skills- Experience operating 5-axis CNC machines (setup and/or operation)
- Strong understanding of machining principles, feeds, speeds, and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and CAD/CAM data
- Experience performing tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and inspection practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable,
team-oriented
, and self-motivated - GD&T knowledge preferred
- Aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing experience a plus
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot 5-axis CNC machines
- Work with machines including Haas, Matsuura, Toyoda, and Grob
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to improve processes
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
