** As a key frontline leader, you will:

* Demonstrated leadership experience (supervisor, lead, or similar role)
* Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
* Working knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices###
** Preferred:
*** Associate degree or technical certification (Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
* Experience with CMMS systems
* Background in heavy manufacturing (tubing, pipe, or similar industries)##

** This is a hands-on leadership role based primarily on the plant floor. You’ll be:
* Actively engaged with equipment, teams, and operations
* Working in a dynamic industrial setting with noise, heat, and moving machinery
* Required to follow all PPE and safety protocols
* Occasionally responding to urgent or after-hours maintenance needs
* Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, including off-shifts or weekends as required
* Frequent walking, standing, and climbing within the manufacturing facility
* Must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
* Must be able to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely
* Requires ability to climb ladders, access platforms, and navigate tight spaces##
