** Manufacturing Engineer

If you’re energized by turning inefficiencies into opportunities and want to see your ideas come to life in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.## As a Manufacturing Engineer at Webco, you’ll be at the center of operations—working side-by-side with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive performance and innovation.

You will:
* Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in manufacturing processes
* Design and implement solutions that improve
** safety, quality, and productivity
*** Lead process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and line balancing
* Conduct time studies and analyze performance data to drive smarter decisions
* Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime
* Develop and standardize
** SOPs and work instructions
*** Support new equipment launches, tooling improvements, and layout enhancements
* Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions
* Train and support production teams on new processes and improvements
* Champion
** Lean and continuous improvement
** efforts across the operation##

* Required:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Ability to communicate clearly and work across teams
** Preferred:
*** Manufacturing or industrial experience
* Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
* Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Solid Works)## At Webco, our engineers:

** Work Environment
** This role splits time between office and plant floor. You’ll be hands-on in a dynamic manufacturing setting, with:
* Exposure to equipment, noise, and production activity
* Required PPE in plant areas (hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes)
* Physical activity including walking, standing, and occasional lifting
