Shop Fabrication Welder

Full Time – Sand Springs, OK, US

• Comply with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Perform welding duties using GTAW (tig) and SMAW (stick), FCAW (flux core), GMAW (mig).
• Work with pipe fitters to assist in the fabrication or welding of multi-component parts.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, hand power tools, grinders, cutting torch, arc gouger and other hand tools related to the job’s needs.
• Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet applicable code, PECO expectations, and product specifications.
• Read, understand, and follow job specifications, drawings, and/or work orders.
• Inspect equipment and if any equipment needs repairs notify supervisor/lead or maintenance department.

• Must be able to pass a basic background and drug screen, be at work on-time, show up for work when scheduled, be available to work overtime including weekends.
• Be able to pass a weld test prior to hiring.
