Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our Director of Nursing
. If you’re passionate about developing clinical teams, delivering exceptional resident care, and leading with integrity, we’d love for you to join our team.
- Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel.
- Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
- Organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures.
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote the highest standards of resident care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Previous long-term care experience.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance
