Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse ready to grow their career and take the next step into clinical leadership.
What You'll Do:- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
- Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
- Support compliance with facility policies and state and federal requirements
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Help identify and address clinical concerns
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to lead by example
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices
