Maintenance Technician

Webco Manufacturing Facility

Schedule:

12‑hour shifts (6:00A.M.–6:00P.M. or 6:00P.M.–6:00A.M.). Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday OR Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday

• Work on a wide range of equipment and systems across the facility, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and equipment, performing preventive maintenance, working with electrical systems (up to 480V AC / 600V DC), PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, welding, cutting, grinding, and fabricating as needed for repairs, maintaining facility systems such as cranes, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and motors, reading blueprints and using diagnostic tools to identify and fix issues, partnering with production teams to quickly resolve equipment problems, supporting larger projects such as equipment rebuilds and upgrades, operating equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts when needed, and responding to emergency situations as a trained first responder (CPR/First Aid).

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, averages).
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

12‑hour shifts with overtime as needed.

Frequent standing/walking (up to 2 miles per shift) on concrete floors.

Regular lifting (5–50 lbs) and physical movement (bending, climbing, crawling).

Work at heights up to 40 feet and in confined spaces when required.

Exposure to heat, cold, and industrial noise.

Required PPE: steel‑toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
