The Opportunity
The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for performing detailed quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects. The QA/QC Specialist works under the direction of the QA/QC Supervisor or Manager to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet established quality requirements.

The OpportunityThe QA/QC Specialist is responsible for performing detailed quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects. This role focuses on inspections, documentation, and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. The QA/QC Specialist works under the direction of the QA/QC Supervisor or Manager to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet established quality requirements.
What you will do? Quality Execution- Implement QA/QC procedures and inspection checklists as directed.
- Conduct inspections of construction activities, materials, and equipment.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Assist in reviewing submittals and RFIs for quality compliance.
- Perform daily site inspections and document findings.
- Witness material testing and commissioning activities.
- Inspect delivered materials for compliance with approved submittals.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests using tools like Procore.
- Prepare daily logs and inspection reports for review by QA/QC Supervisor.
- Report non-conformance issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Communicate with site teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols during inspections.
- 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in inspection and documentation software (e.g., Procore).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ACI, OSHA 10-hour) preferred.
