Front Office Assistant/ Receptionist

Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.

• Be responsible with day's business, including arrivals, departures, special request
• Check in/out guests
• Answering all calls
• Communicate hotel services to guests
• Positively contribute to the smooth running of the front office department during your shift
• Handle all guest enquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Maximise revenue through upselling and room sales

• Have excellent customer service skills.
