Tax Manager
Experience: Manager
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
- Lead tax engagements for individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses
- Review complex tax returns and develop proactive tax strategies
- Serve as primary point of contact for new and existing clients
- Mentor and guide staff and senior accountants
- Participate in business development, community presence, and firm leadership
- Active CPA license
- Strong experience in public accounting and tax experience (Senior Manager or Partner‑level)
- Strong experience reviewing returns and delivering tax strategy
- Proven ability to lead engagements and develop client relationships
- Desire to contribute to firm leadership and possibly pursue partnership
- Big 4 or regional firm experience a plus
- Experience with CCH Axcess and project‑based ERP billing preferred
