Six Star Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Sandpoint, , offering $60,000–$100,000+ OTE through a base plus performance-based earnings structure. This Monday–Friday role is designed for an advisor who can build customer trust, present repair recommendations clearly, and help keep a busy service department organized and moving efficiently.

• Guide customers from initial contact through vehicle pickup
• Present repair and maintenance recommendations
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain workflow
• Manage repair progress and customer expectations
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service experience

• 3–4+ years of experience
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience highly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a customer-facing, high-volume environment valued
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Team-oriented approach

• $60,000–$100,000+ OTE
