We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Associate I to be the first point of contact for our customers—providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service. In this role, you'll process orders, handle inquiries, and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do- Interact with customers to answer questions about accounts, products, and services.
- Manage and resolve all customer communications and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Process orders accurately and on time.
- Provide information about pricing, service changes, discontinuance, product availability and shipping inquiries.
- Analyze customer needs and connect them with the right service or technical team.
- Use CRM tools to track activities, research product information, and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with teams such as Transportation, Scheduling, Sales, Production, and Warehouse to meet customer needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1-2 years of general work experience; customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience with MS Suite and CRM application skills preferred.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and customer records.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management abilities.
- Adaptability to understand and communicate information regarding product changes, services, and processes.
